I recently ordered the One Eye Jute Rug, which was originally natural and black in colour. I asked if it could be made all black- it could! From here the company updated me every step of the way, from the order being complete to updating me on the shipping. And everything happened really quickly. I had the rug within two weeks. Amazing. I will definitely buy rugs from here again.
